During your stay in a private room, your accompanying person may stay in your room, and unless otherwise requested, their meals and yours will be served together in your room.
Only this person may be present in your room outside of authorised visiting hours. Other visitors are expected to respect the general rules of the Centre.
During your stay in reanimation, your accompanying person will stay in one of the comfortable rooms of the Hotel Hermitage next to the Cardio-Thoracic Centre.
From their room, they can contact the Cardio-Thoracic Centre Reception by dialing: 9
During this period, a complementary "Continental" breakfast will be served in the Regency Dining Room of the Hotel Hermitage.
Lunch and dinner for accompanying persons will be served between midday and 2 pm and at 6.30 pm in the self-service restaurant located on the ground floor of the Cardio-Thoracic Centre.
A dinner reservation must be confirmed before 4 pm.
Meals and accommodation for the person accompanying you are included in the applicable package price.
Your visitors and your accompanying person must pay for any other meals and drinks they may take at the restaurant or any other personal expenses as and when they arise.
Entry- Exit
Should your accompanying person wish to enter or leave the Centre between 8 pm and 7 am, they must first inform Reception as access is restricted during these hours. They will need to ring the bell at the emergency department and give their name in order to gain access to the clinic during the night.
