European week for waste reduction

As part of European Week for Waste Reduction, the CCM took part through three initiatives:

• Tasting of savory and sweet “anti-waste” recipes on November 25^th and 27^th at the CCM restaurant, for all staff.
• Participation in the “Committed Chefs” workshop, as part of the “REPAIR is FAIR” initiative at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, alongside Monaco-based partners, on November 25^th.
• Collection of digital equipment from the Center’s staff, in partnership with the GREEN MONACO association, to benefit charitable organizations.

Thanks to the active participation of all our teams, European Week for waste reduction helps raise awareness of good practices and encourages more sustainable ways of consuming.
